Booking & Cancellation Policies

Booking:

A valid credit card or debit visa card is required to confirm all bookings on our secure site. Your appointment can only be secured with a credit card entry, your credit card will not be charged at the time of the booking. Charges will only be incurred if you cancel your appointment without sufficient notice as noted:

We ask for 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel appointments. Cancellations are only confirmed once you receive a Vagaro confirmation. Without confirmation, your appointment remains booked. Send us an email to thecabinetsalon@gmail.com for all cancellations and inquiries. 

Payment Types:

We offer cashless payment options including debit, credit, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

No Show or Same Day Cancellations:

A fee equivalent to 100% of your service total will be charged to your credit card. 

Late Policy:

We allow a 10 minute grace period. Anything later may result in an altered service or the appointment may have to be canceled and our same day cancellation fee will apply. 

Sick Policy:

If you have any cold or flu symptoms we can not fulfill your appointment. Please reschedule your appointment with as much notice as possible. 

Service Guarantee

We 100% guarantee our services! We offer a complimentary redo with your stylist within ONE week of the original appointment. In the event you are not satisfied with your salon experience please contact us so we are able to schedule you in As Soon As Possible for a corrective service. *Please keep in mind, colour corrections from using box color as well as, going from brunette to blonde often result in multiple services to achieve your desired result, while maintaining the integrity of your hair.

Colour Correction Services

For colour correction services or big colour changes, you will be asked to provide a deposit of 50% of the total service to secure your appointment.
